Job summary
The Institutional Marketing Team is part of the Institutional Marketing and Business Development Support department. The team is responsible for :
- developing and maintaining Amundis core institutional marketing assets, including the global institutional website, sales materials, thoughtleadership platforms, and clientfacing collateral
- designing and deploying targeted marketing strategies to strengthen Amundis positioning with institutional investors across regions and segments
- supporting business development through highimpact campaigns, content, and events that enhance awareness, deepen engagement, and reinforce Amundis expertise and solutions
- ensuring consistent, highquality messaging that reflects Amundis leadership in responsible investing, innovation, and investment solutions
The role drives Amundis institutional marketing strategy by creating highquality content, campaigns, and materials for pension funds and longterm asset owners. It maintains and enhances core institutional marketing assets while ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across channels. It also supports business development through targeted initiatives that strengthen visibility, deepen engagement, and reinforce Amundis leadership in institutional investing.

Academic qualification / Speciality
Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field
Professional qualifications are a plus
Experience
5+ years in marketing, investment communications, or pensionsfocused roles
Required skills
Strong command of PowerPoint and Excel
Experience using AI tools for content adaptation is an advantage
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative mindset and comfort working with senior stakeholders
High attention to detail and strategic thinking
Technical skills required
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and digital analytics tools
Understanding of the UK pensions market and its stakeholders
Ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling messages
Languages
Fluent English with excellent writing skills; French is a plus
