Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
* Provide high-quality support tailored to each person’s individual needs
* Assist with developing social skills
* Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
* Support with accessing the community
* Carry out activities in a safe manner
* Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for the customer you support
* Full induction and ongoing expert training
* Uniform and PPE provided
* Regular support and ongoing career development
* Friendly, inclusive team with 24/7 support
* Free DBS
* £300 recommend a friend scheme
* Long Service Awards
Requirements
* A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
* A good understanding of Autism
* Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* Ability to follow care plans
* Previous experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
