You’ll be hired to aggressively build the sales team from scratch, lead & scale a multi-million pound coaching business
Location: Remote (UK or USA)
Preferred backgrounds include: NEPQ / Closer.io, Cardone, Traffic & Funnels, Dan Lok, Acquisition.com or other high-performance coaching organisations.
We are searching for a proven sales team BUILDER, someone who has actually built a high-ticket sales organisation from the ground up.
We're not looking for a corporate sales VP. Or a sales trainer. Or someone who's "managed" a team built by someone else.
We want the person who created the scripts, installed the KPIs, hired the setters, SDR's and closers, fired the underperformers, built the CRM systems, ran the call audits, and drove the revenue. Someone who has scaled teams inside environments similar to Acquisition.com, NEPQ, Closer.io, Cardone, Traffic & Funnels or high-ticket coaching companies.
You will be responsible for building a world-class sales machine that does not rely on the founder.
Your responsibilities include:
Recruiting, hiring and onboarding closers and setters
Building sales scripts, rebuttals, objection handling frameworks
Installing daily activity targets and KPI scorecards
Leading daily coaching sessions and call audits
Improving show-up rates, close rates and revenue per rep
Implementing forecasting, reporting and CRM systems
Scaling the team from 0 to 5 to 15+ reps
Maintaining a high-performance, zero-excuse culture
Driving multi-seven figure revenue targets
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience building a high-ticket coaching sales team
Strong understanding of high-ticket consultative sales
Ability to coach salespeople to high conversion
Experience building scripts, SOPs and onboarding systems
Ability to own and exceed 7–8 figure revenue goals
Data-driven leadership style (close rate, show rate, pipeline, ROI)
Experience hiring, training and firing quickly and confidently
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environments
