About The Butlers
The Butlers is a late night entertainment venue situated in High Wycombe town centre. Inside, it has 2 floors with 50 covers on the main floor and around 30 on the first floor. The two-floor operation allows for private bookings and various celebration occasions. Outside, there is a large garden popular in the summer months.
Current Customer Base and Focus
The venue attracts a diverse customer base, primarily drinkers and students, with an average weekly sales of £6,000, all from wet sales.
What We're Looking For
We seek someone with experience in running high street venues, a keen marketer, and passionate about making the venue the place to be!
Benefits
* 20% share of weekly wet sales, excluding VAT.
* Low initial costs, starting with a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal costs. (Deposits may vary depending on the business; contact us for details.)
* Accommodation included, with most bills covered except council tax and TV license.
