Overview:
We are recruiting two Support Workers (1 Male, 1 Female) for supported living services in Twickenham. Full-time roles with varied shifts, including weekends, split shifts, and nights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred care and promote independence
* Assist with personal care, daily tasks, and community engagement
* Support with medication, finances, and health-related needs
* Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding guidelines
Requirements:
* Care experience preferred; training provided
