Job Role: Customer Care Assistant
As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organising special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who can work in our fast-paced, high-energy environment with a genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers, making them feel valued. Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behaviour should come naturally. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact are essential. The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high energy levels is also crucial.
