We are looking for an enthusiastic Health Care Support Worker to support students across nine schools in Hampshire, Portsmouth, Southampton, and the Isle of Wight. You will work closely with a small, dedicated healthcare team, helping school staff feel confident in providing care and ensuring every child can access education safely.
We offer a comprehensive induction, including hands-on experience in all our schools, alongside a blended learning training programme combining face-to-face and online learning. You will have opportunities to develop your skills, take on link responsibilities in areas you are passionate about, and access funded qualifications, including apprenticeships and degree pathways. We have already supported staff on their journey to becoming Registered Nurses!
