Refuse and Recycling Services are looking for a Commercial Waste Account Manager to join their team WHAT IS INVOLVED? Working with a significant degree of independence the post holder will market and promote the commercial waste collection service in order to increase the customer base and level of income received by the council. The post holder will maintain the existing customer base and monitoring and developing improvements that will increase customer satisfaction. To work with operational Refuse and Recycling teams and Business Support teams to develop strategy and systems to increase the viability and effectiveness of commercial waste collection services. Degree or equivalent in a discipline relevant to waste management or business administration or development. Experience of working in an income based operational-related area.
