Konker is on the lookout for an Architectural Technician to join a collaborative practice that brings a broad range of experience delivering projects across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects across a wide range of RIBA stages. You will be part of a committed team that supports emerging talent.
The bulk of their projects is in the Education sector, ranging from early years to higher education and SEND provision; they also deliver projects in the commercial sector for both private and public clients.
The Design team has 8 individuals, and overall in the Exeter office, there are around 30.
The Position: Architectural Technician

Salary is between £28K and £40K, depending on experience.
The Role: Architectural Technician
* Contribute to technical outputs across multiple project stages.
* Deliver high-quality specifications, technical drawings and construction information.
* Prepare and submit Planning and Building Control applications.
