⏰ Shift Pattern
* Day Shifts: 7am-12pm
* Night Shifts: 10pm-7am (sleep in nights)
Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting with a calm daily routine
* Providing personal care with dignity and respect
* Offering companionship and emotional reassurance
* Assisting with appointments or activities
