Service Advisor - Groundcare Division Location: Maldon Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch) Salary: DOE - Plus Bonus & Overtime Holt Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established client to recruit a Service Advisor to support the day-to-day operation of their Horticultural Service Department at their branch in the Maldon area. As a Service Advisor you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the horticultural service division. You will work closely with the workshop, parts, and warranty teams to deliver an excellent service experience while supporting customers. Key Responsibilities & Experience Previous experience within, or a strong understanding of, a service department environment Industry experience in horticultural, agricultural, construction, or automotive sectors advantageous Proven ability to manage existing customer accounts and develop new relationships Confident handling a wide range of customer queries and expectations Strong administrative skills including job card preparation, accurate record-keeping, and coordination with Parts and Warranty teams Commitment to delivering high standards of customer service Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work using own initiative Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Flexible and comfortable working across office and workshop environments A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the wider businessAdditional Information Start Date: Subject to candidate’s notice period Additional Hours: Weekend and additional hours may be required on a rota basis during peak periods (e.g. harvest) - Paid at enhanced rate.
