We are seeking an experienced Factory Trainer to join our team within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring that all employees are trained effectively, consistently, and in line with business and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilties
1. Work closely with Supervisors and Managers to identify training needs, ensuring alignment with factory and business training plans.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive training plans tailored to production areas, supporting the wider training strategy.
3. Deliver engaging training sessions both online and in person, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
4. Assess employee competency through structured evaluations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities.
