Our client is a payments company looking to hire a Customer Support specialist. Initially, this is a 6 week contract.
Responsibilities
* Be the first line of support dealing with client queries
* Respond to emails
* Collect Data to verify ID

* Case Management Acumen – ability to track progress
* Attention to detail
* Be polite under pressure
* The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Nice to have
* Payments / Fintech experience
* Proficient in Excel
