Job Description
As Legal Director, you will be:

Leading banking law matters, including corporate banking, real estate finance, asset-based lending, and acquisition finance.

Providing strategic advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the development of the firms banking law practice.
The Successful Applicant
The Legal Director should be:

A solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in banking law.

Experienced in corporate banking, real estate finance, asset-based lending, and acquisition finance.
*
Proficient in managing complex legal matters and leading client relationships.
*
