Are you looking to kick‑start your career and shape your future in the property industry? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic Junior Estate Agent to join our expanding team in Chepstow.
Working directly alongside the company’s Directors, you’ll gain practical experience and one‑to‑one mentoring across all aspects of residential estate agency.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Assisting with sales progression and liaising with solicitors, clients, and buyers
* Booking valuations and coordinating property viewings
* Making customer care calls and gathering feedback
* Supporting marketing efforts and lead generation
* Learning how to manage and update the CRM system
* Providing excellent customer service in person, by phone, and email
* Supporting day‑to‑day office operations
* Working every other Saturday (with a day off during the week)
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Positive telephone manner and interpersonal skills
* Organised with high attention to detail
* Proactive attitude with willingness to learn
* A genuine interest in the property industry
