Job Title: Site Manager (Construction) Job Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + 6% Pension + Bonus An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well established construction business delivering an exciting portfolio of projects across Data Centre, Hotel, and Office developments. This role will focus primarily on building shell works and external works, overseeing delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme. Lead day to day site operations for shell and external construction activities Manage subcontractors, site teams, and logistics Monitor progress, quality, and cost performance against project targets Coordinate with project managers and design teams to resolve issues promptly We are seeking a strong, well rounded construction professional with: Proven experience managing large scale projects (ideally £20m+) Background in industrial, pharmaceutical, or hospital environments (desirable) A proactive approach to maintaining high standards of safety and quality Demonstrable experience as Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor Strong understanding of construction sequencing and on site coordination SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold) and First Aid certification Competitive salary up to £60k Car allowance 6% employer pension contribution Bonus scheme Opportunity to work across a diverse and growing project pipeline Competitive salary + car/allowance Comprehensive benefits package Long term career progression with a highly stable employer Opportunity to deliver landmark projects across central Scotland Supportive, well structured construction environment with modern delivery practices
