Finance Manager
for a permanent position with a leading organisation in the UK.
We are looking for a qualified accountant with proven technical experience in external reporting, statutory compliance, and technical accounting. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong leadership skills who thrives on building relationships across finance functions and driving continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified accountant with extensive technical accounting experience.
* Proven track record, currently working as a Finance Manager (or similar).
* Expertise in statutory reporting, external audit delivery, IFRS, and compliance.
* Ability to review and set accounting policies and ensure compliance across the business.
* Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
* Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
