Office Administrator - Belfast (Part-Time, Permanent)
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday (9:30am - 2:30pm)
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our Belfast office. This position is vital to ensuring seamless operations, enabling our teams to perform at their best, and fostering a welcoming, professional, and energetic workplace environment.

Core Responsibilities:
Office Operations: Manage day-to-day operations including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination to keep our office running efficiently.
Administrative Support: Provide professional and proactive support to senior staff and teams - from scheduling meetings and preparing documents to managing correspondence.
Records Management: Maintain accurate and well-organised records, databases, and filing systems (both digital and physical).
Employee Experience: Assist with onboarding new employees, coordinating inductions, and helping them feel part of a collaborative and trusting environment from day one.
Events & Coordination: Organise internal events, meetings, and travel arrangements that promote teamwork, energy, and connection.
Cross-Functional Support: Liaise with IT, HR, and Finance departments to facilitate collaboration across the business.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and internal office policies.
Front-of-House: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and communications, representing our brand with professionalism and warmth.

Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
