A fast-growing tech company focused on building modern, scalable software solutions that help businesses operate more efficiently is looking for its first Contract Product Manager to join the team and play a key role in shaping the roadmap from the ground up.
You will work closely with the founders and C-suite to define the product strategy and bring the company vision to life at an early stage. We are seeking a strong communicator with proven experience in 0–1 product development, who has been instrumental in shaping products from concept to launch, with a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and deliver the product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals.
* Apply a data-driven approach to prioritisation, KPIs and performance optimisation.
* Lead 0–1 product development initiatives.
* Take products from concept through to launch.
* Drive end-to-end product delivery within an Agile environment.
* Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams, demonstrating strong technical fluency.
* Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement across technical and commercial teams.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong ownership and delivery focus.
Contract Details:
* £400–£500 per day (DOE), Outside IR35
* 3-month initial engagement, extension likely
