At Pinkmove, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Sales Negotiator with strong photography skills to join our fantastic residential sales team in Newport.
What you'll be doing
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves the creative side of estate agency and wants to play a key role in showcasing homes at their very best.
You will take the lead on producing high-quality photography, creating accurate floorplans and writing engaging property descriptions that help our properties stand out in a competitive market.
Alongside the marketing focus, you will be right at the heart of the sales journey, conducting viewings, speaking with applicants, and keeping vendors updated from instruction through to completion. Delivering exceptional service and building trusted relationships will be central to everything you do.

What we're looking for
* Estate agency or property photography experience is desirable
* Strong photography and editing skills with great attention to detail
* Excellent customer service and communication
* Proactive, organised and self-motivated
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
* Full UK driving licence
