Passionate about Sales? Committed to Customer Experience? We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our Ultra Tile Brand, overseeing and driving our Midlands territory, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

UltraTile offers a comprehensive range of ready-mixed pastes, cementitious powder wall and floor adhesives, grouts, silicones, ancillary products, and levelling compounds.

Ideal candidates will have experience with contract specifications, product retailers, and merchants within this territory.

As part of the Ultra Tile team, you will proactively promote the Instarmac range, meet sales targets and KPIs, and support the growth of the brand.

Your responsibilities include:
* Effective diary management and planning
* Attending appointments with existing and prospective customers to build relationships
* Researching and prospecting new contacts and markets
* Managing customer database accurately
* Analyzing competitors and industry trends
* Providing quotations and managing pricing
* Upselling and following up on leads to convert sales
* Monitoring customer purchasing trends and ensuring product line coverage
* Achieving sales targets and KPIs
* Handling technical queries and resolving customer complaints promptly
Requirements:
* Proven experience in field sales within a similar environment
* Track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
* Excellent relationship-building skills
* Organized with strong diary management
* Retention and objection handling skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Full UK driving license
