Teaching Assistant (Qualified) - Flexible Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role
We are currently seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant to support schools across the Yeovil area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and adaptable individual who is looking for flexible work, whether full-time or part-time, providing cover support within primary and/or secondary school settings.You will play a key role in assisting teachers, supporting pupils' learning, and helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide classroom support to teachers across a variety of subjects
* Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to support student learning
* Assist in delivering lessons and planned activities
* Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe environment
* Adapt quickly to different school settings and age groups
* Provide cover support where needed across the school
Requirements
* Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or above preferred)
* Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
