Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and Security Cleared (SC) Program Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation programme across multiple international sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering complex procurement, sourcing, and finance-related programmes within regulated and high-security environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and deliver the S2P transformation roadmap aligned to business objectives.
* Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions on-site in Preston and Frimley.
* Travel internationally to support programme delivery in Australia, USA, and Saudi Arabia.
* Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT functions to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
* Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and internal resources.
* Oversee change management and training across impacted teams.
* Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management throughout delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Active SC Clearance (you will not be considered without this).
* Proven track record as a Program Manager delivering complex Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay programmes (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar platforms).
* Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle, and invoicing.
* Experience delivering workshops and managing senior stakeholders across geographies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel, including to sensitive or secure international locations.
Preferred:
* Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Government, or Regulated Industries.
* Background in consulting or large systems integration programmes.
* Exposure to global programme delivery and multi-region coordination.
