Job Description
Designation - Brand Manager
Reports to - Founder
5 days WFO
Location: Gurgaon
3. Own the design and execution of the annual and quarterly brand calendar.
4. Implementing brand campaigns from end to end keeping the business objectives in consideration.
5. Planning and reviewing brand KPIs on a weekly and monthly reporting system.
6. Leading social media strategy and content management and executing it across platforms.
7. Hands-on experience in media buying in TV, OOH, Radio and understanding of the media tools.
8. Responsible for Marketing collaterals and ensure effective & timely execution.
9. Responsible for Marketing presentations for key forums
10. LeadLSM COCO andFOFO stores from end to endIdentifying awareness building activities for the brand and executing them.Suggest innovative promotions to increase awareness and drive incidence of sale
11. Vendor ManagementCoordinate with external partners for campaign development, food shoot etcMedia agencyCollateral agenciesSocial agencyPhotographyProduction house
12. Budget management - Own & monitor closely all marketing expenses
13. Manage 360 degree launch of new product & offers. Work closely with the innovation team to plan GTM for all new launches
The Successful Applicant
6 years of experience in Brand Management in QSR, F&B space or FMCG space
14. Should have strong knowledge of digital media planning and mass media
15. Good project management skills to drive and keep multifunctional projects on track with clearly defined success measures.
16. Good presentation skills and should be well versed with Microsoft powerpoint
17. Good influencing skills and stakeholder management skills and ability to get work done from internal & external stakeholders.
