Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Delivery Operation Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day pickup and delivery operations at our site. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills, attention to operational details, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support the delivery process from end to end. You will play a key role in ensuring operational quality, managing risk, supporting team members, and translating business goals into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Operations Management:
* Oversee and manage the full pickup and delivery process on-site, ensuring timely execution and adherence to operational standards. Drive continuous improvement in service quality, cost-efficiency, and process optimization.
* Take proactive measures to ensure site safety and delivery security. Identify operational risks, implement preventive measures, and uphold JD’s brand reputation through rigorous quality and compliance controls.
* Team Management:
* Understand team members’ strengths and areas for development. Provide hands-on support in resolving day-to-day operational challenges. Ensure team execution aligns with expectations while fostering a supportive and performance-driven environment.
* Coordination and Planning:
* Serve as a communication bridge between internal teams and external partners. Coordinate staffing, route planning, and other resources to align with business goals. Convert high-level objectives into clear, actionable operational plans.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or warehouse coordination.
* Solid understanding of delivery processes and logistics workflows.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
* Effective communicator with excellent organizational skills.
* Capable of managing multiple tasks and working under pressure.
* Experience with logistics systems or transportation management tools is a plus.
* Mandarin language skills are highly beneficial for cross-team coordination.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in fast-paced delivery or e-commerce environments.
* Background in safety compliance, risk management, or quality control.
