Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive school in the Eastleigh area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential.
About the Role:
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional learning needs
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
* Support pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, and academic progress
* Contribute to the wider school community as needed
We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting children or young people (school-based experience preferred but not essential)
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A willingness to learn and adapt
* An up-to-date DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through Teaching Personnel)
