Position: Document Controller with Security Clearance
Location: London
Salary: £160 - £180 /day + Benefits
Contract: 12 months (extendable)
Are you a Document Controller with BPSS or SC Security Clearance? Do you have experience working for a Main Contractor? Have you got experience using Trimble Viewpoint 4P (for Projects) or Dalux?
The Role
After a series of project wins an exciting opportunity has arisen at one of UK’s largest main contractors. They are looking to recruit a Document Controller to join their fit out and refurbishment division. In return they offer stable employment and a generous renumeration package.

The Person
You will play an integral role in the success of the team, using your expertise in Viewpoint 4P / Dalux to organise the Document Control function. This opportunity would suit someone looking to further their career within a leading UK organisation.
Key Accountabilities will include:
* Set up, manage, and maintain document control systems
* Upload, issue, track, and archive drawings, specifications, reports, and technical documents
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and document integrity
About You:
* Worked as a Document Controller within construction, ideally for a main contractor
* You must have BPSS or SC Security Clearance
* Experienced user of Viewpoint 4P (4 Projects) and/or Dalux
* Knowledge of ISO 19650 - standard for managing information over the entire lifecycle of a built asset
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
