Role: Technical Account Manager
Location: Birmingham, UK (hybrid)
We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Technical Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and technical teams – ensuring we understand their requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
* Working with Azure
* Troubleshooting issues
* Lead projects
* Translating technical to non-technical stakeholders
What You’ll Do
* Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as their main technical point of contact
* Understand customers’ technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support
* Proactively identify opportunities to add value and strengthen long-term partnerships
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a technical account management, technical customer success, or similar role
* Strong technical understanding (SaaS/software or infrastructure experience desirable)
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
* A proactive, consultative approach to customer engagement
