Main Purpose: We require an accomplished IT Business Analyst to work on and implement multiple projects in our HSEC & ESG IT team. Within this role, the candidate will be responsible for understanding and verifying business cases for change, completing detailed business process analysis, and defining business requirements, functional requirements, design, testing and go-live. The candidate will manage relationships and expectations with business stakeholders and sponsors and support development and test teams throughout the entire delivery lifecycle, change management and 3rd level application support. Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities: 4 years of experience in business analysis for Enterprise IT implementation, with strong focus on HSEC and ESG domains. 3 years of experience implementing and configuring EHS & ESG platforms, particularly Intelex. Demonstrable experience leading data modelling, data management and business intelligence solutions for HSEC & ESG reporting. Strong technical and functional expertise in translating business requirements into system configurations. Experience designing and implementing HSEC workflows, forms, and business processes. Proven ability to bridge business needs and technical development teams. Experience supporting quality assurance testing and defect resolution for HSEC applications. Strong change management capabilities with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Experience with software development methodologies and interface requirements definition. Self-management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders on IT solutions that enable with HSEC objectives. Drive business analysis and requirements gathering for HSEC initiatives. Complete functional specifications for EHS platform applications. Support configuration and deploy Intelex (or similar EHS platform) applications, reports and dashboards. Design and implement data models and reporting solutions for HSEC business intelligence. Lead data management initiatives to ensure data quality across HSEC systems. Support development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Provide third-line support for production issues on EHS platform. Stay current with developments in ESG legislation and HSEC technology advancements. Contribute to Trafigura's IT knowledge base for ESG & Sustainability.
