Lifeguard – Luxury Leisure Facility in Enfield
4Leisure Recruitment is seeking dedicated and vigilant Lifeguards to join a luxury leisure facility in Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a stunning leisure complex, set amidst beautiful grounds in a peaceful residential area.
About the Role:
As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the safety of all guests while they enjoy the pool and leisure facilities. You will provide excellent customer service and act promptly in case of emergencies, all while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and maintain a safe swimming environment for all users
2. Respond quickly and appropriately to any emergencies or accidents
3. Assist in the maintenance of the pool area, ensuring cleanliness and safety
4. Provide first aid as required
5. Deliver excellent customer service and respond to any guest queries
6. Ensure all health and safety standards are upheld at all times
Shift Pattern & Pay:
7. Shifts will include early and late patterns, between 06:00 - 19:30, including weekends
8. £15.52 per hour, Inclusive of holiday pay, paid weekly!
Qualifications:
9. National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential for this role
10. Previous experience in a lifeguard role or leisure facility is highly desirable
11. Enhanced DBS preferred or willing to obtain through the agency
