Role Responsibilities:
* Building on your existing skills in a nurse-led environment.
* Developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.
* Supporting residents through vulnerable times, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions.
* Mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, including supporting students as a practice supervisor and assessor.
* Promoting effective communication and professional behaviors.
* Delivering person-centred care and advocating for residents and their families.
* Recognizing and reporting safeguarding concerns, participating in safeguarding training.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
* Valid Pin number and understanding of NMC standards of practice.
* Passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Commitment to safeguarding and person-centred care.
