Our client, a highly regarded coastal law firm, is looking for a proactive Probate Assistant to join their friendly Bexhill team. You’ll be supporting three experienced Probate Executives with everything from administration to house visits, post office runs, and client interactions – no two days will be the same. Key responsibilities include: Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Probate team Assisting with preparation of documents and correspondence Liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner Attending house visits, post office runs, and collecting/delivering documents as required Managing filing systems and maintaining accurate records What we’re looking for: Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communication and client care skills A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Full driving licence preferred (due to off-site tasks) No prior legal experience is required – full training will be provided.
