Job Description
Full-Time Hours
Guaranteed 30-hour contract
Set availability with a rolling 2-week rota:
* Week 1 – Early Shifts
* Week 2 – Evening Shifts
* Every Other Weekend Required
You will be helping our clients to remain in their homes and communities, promoting their independence and happiness, whilst building a meaningful relationship.
* Helping clients with daily routines (preparing meals, getting ready, medication, night time routines)
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Assisting with personal care needs
* Building trusting relationships with your clients’ families and other care professionals.
