Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Contract Manager at our Southsea location. The Contract Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial and residential painting and decorating projects. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining quality assurance throughout each project. The role also involves budgeting, resource allocation, and resolving any issues promptly to meet project specifications and deadlines.
