We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Creative Director to work alongside a high profile British American musician, composer and singer-songwriter CEO. Based 5 days a week from a beautiful estate in Oxfordshire, you will help to shape and deliver innovative projects across design, multimedia, and immersive experiences, requiring a hybrid thinker—someone equally comfortable crafting compelling visual narratives as they are managing complex project workflows. You will play a pivotal role in transforming bold ideas into tangible outcomes, from concept development through to final production, ensuring every detail aligns with a cohesive creative vision. You will lead the creation of visual assets, brand systems, and pitch materials using industry-standard tools, while developing treatments for projects spanning film, books, collectibles, and beyond. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll help define creative direction and maintain consistency across multiple platforms. Your scope will also extend into physical product development, supporting the design and production of toys and collectibles, and collaborating with external vendors to bring high-quality products to market. Beyond design, you will act as the operational backbone of the creative process—translating concepts into structured plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing timelines across multiple concurrent projects. From overseeing communications with collaborators and partners to organising assets and maintaining production schedules, you will ensure seamless execution at every stage. Your ability to balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail will be key in delivering work that meets both creative and commercial objectives.
