* Mon: 10:00‑22:00
* Wed: 10:00‑22:00
* Thu: 10:00‑22:00
* Fri: 10:00‑22:00
* Sat: 10:00‑22:00
Responsibilities
* Lead from the front – manage the store floor, engage with customers and support colleagues.
* Maximise sales, impact and presentation for the department.
* Ensure safety and compliance across the store.
* Spot talent, give feedback and support to grow a strong team.
* Build and maintain team spirit and relationships that extend beyond the store.

* Strong attitude, aptitude and aspiration to be a great retail manager.
* Warm and welcoming, recognising and listening to others.
* Natural ability to look ahead, seize opportunities and act quickly.
* Thrives on change and leads people through it together.
