Providingsupport to our people team, youll be involved in all parts of a team members journey with us, including recruitment, onboarding and L&D, as well as routine queries. Working closely with our HR Business Partner, youll provide meeting support, produce reports and help team members to use our HR and training platforms. What youll bring to the team Using your skills and experience youll keep our HR systems up to date and accurate, following the right processes to make sure that employee information is kept private and secure. Building good relationships with our team members, from senior executives to apprentices to our people on the ground in our communities, you will help solve problems and provide a friendly customer-focussed service. What were looking for Good general experience of working in a people team at entry level. Willingness to learn and develop your knowledge of the housing sector. Good problem solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to time-manage, set priorities and work to strict deadlines. Basic understanding of the HR partnership with payroll services in an organisation and the use of HR systems. Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office to support employees and the business. Excellent oral and written communications. CIPD qualification level three or equivalent or desire to work towards this.
