Job Profile Summary
The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in the Identity Cleanse Project Team. This role involves cleansing, updating, and validating critical business data, ensuring accurate and reliable records across systems like Active Directory, IT, HR, Payroll, and Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle large data sets while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to meet project goals within established timelines and quality standards.
Principal Accountabilities
Data Management and Analysis:
* Perform thorough data cleansing, validation, and root-cause analysis to address inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors.
* Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support project activities.
* Identify and resolve data gaps and inconsistencies, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance.
Governance and Compliance:
* Conduct data quality checks and implement best practices for data governance and stewardship.
* Ensure all data processing activities comply with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
Collaboration and Reporting:
* Work closely with stakeholders to manage project plans, milestones, and timelines effectively.
* Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality and project progress.
* Present findings and recommendations to project leads and stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
* Identify challenges in data and processes, recommending opportunities for improvement.
* Support initiatives aimed at fostering a "Data as an Asset" culture across the organization.

Education, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Essential:
* Proven experience as a Data Analyst, particularly in managing large data sets within a project context (HR/IT environment preferred).
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
* Strong communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
* Expertise in creating and managing project plans with defined timelines, milestones, risks, and contingencies.
* Experience in developing cross-functional partnerships and delivering process improvements.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or similar identity management solutions.
