You will be responsible for:
* Overseeing all production and warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow, quality standards, and compliance
* Scheduling production activities, managing material readiness, and ensuring machinery and staffing levels meet customer and business demand
* Managing stock levels, consumables, traceability, and addressing any non‑conforming materials
* Leading production and warehouse teams through clear communication, direction, and coordination
* Maintaining business management systems, certified standards, housekeeping, and accurate operational documentation
Key attributes required:
* Management experience within production or manufacturing
* Confident people leader with excellent interpersonal skills
* Capable of handling rapidly changing situations and managing ambiguity
* Fast‑thinking, positive and practical problem‑solver
* Self‑motivated, ambitious and proactive
* Experience working to ISO standards and associated practices desirable
