We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator Location: Cardiff Shift: Monday to Friday 0730-0900 start depending on business needs, 42.5hrs per week Temp to Perm Contract, to £35,000 salary JDR Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our clients team based in Cardiff. The role: As a Sales Administrator, your role will be to support our clients busy office being a main point of contact for our clients customers. Your key responsibilities will be:- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems Coordinate daily with transport and operations teams to schedule deliveries Handle inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email There will be an element of outbound to enquiries Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation Maintain and update customer accounts and pricing structures Resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, and customer queries promptly Support the sales team with reporting and administrative tasks About you: As a Sales Administrator, you will possess the following skills Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role preferably within a logistics environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) Experience with ERP or order management systems is advantageous Ability to work effectively in a busy environment The Benefits Immediate start Excellent Salary Temp to Perm opportunity Opportunity to join a reputable growing company 25 days holiday plus bank holidays JDR is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
