Responsibilities include acting in the company's best interests by winning new work and managing the commercial performance of the Master Trades Division. This involves ensuring contractual and financial control, reducing risk, maximizing opportunities, and maintaining profitability. A key aspect is developing your team to ensure high financial awareness and uphold the company's reputation.
The responsibilities you'll be trusted with:
* Maintain a healthy pipeline and planned turnover.
* Externally present and promote the Master Trades division positively.
* Enhance the company's reputation and secure ongoing project opportunities.
* Implement effective controls on commercial and construction performance across projects.
* Provide cash flow forecasts to the Commercial Director.
* Report quarterly to Group Directors on operational and financial aspects of projects.
* Manage variations across multiple ongoing projects effectively.
* Conduct regular site visits and liaise with project teams to maintain relationships and improve performance.
