About Our Client:

Our client is an iconic company with over 100 years of success in the glass industry, specialising in the repair and replacement of all types of glass for homes, businesses, and vehicles, helping over 1,000,000 customer calls nationally each year.

We’re hiring Inbound Sales Consultants to join the Customer Solutions Team for this leading national business. If you have a passion for helping customers and an interest in sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and high-energy environment!

Competitive Earnings: Starting on 58k + super with commission opportunities and salary increase within your first six months.

Flexible Work Arrangements: Work on a rotating roster between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Monday-Sunday), with the possibility of hybrid work once fully trained.

Your Role:

Starting mid to late July 2025

Handle 65-70 inbound calls daily, providing effective solutions to customers.

Book appointments for glass repairs and replacements.

Upsell value-added products to customers.

Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship to develop your sales and customer service skills.

Work in a structured, supportive environment where teamwork feels like family.

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience in a customer-focused role (retail, call centre, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus!).

Strong in communication and active listening skills.

Have willingness to develop or enhance sales skills.

Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems.

A positive, driven, and customer-first mindset.


Location & Training:

Padstow-based office with free onsite parking.

Full training provided – Monday to Friday for four- six weeks (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
