1. Lead and deliver audits across a varied SME and OMB client portfolio
2. Oversee planning, fieldwork and completion, ensuring technical excellence
3. Coach, mentor and develop a growing audit team
4. Review audit files and provide technical guidance to team members
5. Strengthen audit processes and contribute to continuous improvement
6. Build strong, long-term client relationships and add commercial insight
7. Work closely with Partners on departmental strategy and client service delivery
