Audit Senior Manager Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver audits across a varied SME and OMB client portfolio
* Oversee planning, fieldwork and completion, ensuring technical excellence
* Coach, mentor and develop a growing audit team
* Review audit files and provide technical guidance to team members
* Strengthen audit processes and contribute to continuous improvement
* Build strong, long-term client relationships and add commercial insight
* Work closely with Partners on departmental strategy and client service delivery
* Play a key role in shaping the ongoing growth of the Audit function
* Opportunity to broaden scope and progress towards Director/RI responsibilities
As and Audit Senior Manager you will be:
* ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
* Either an experienced Audit Senior Manager or a high-performing Audit Manager ready to step up
* Strong background in SME/OMB audit work is desirable
* Confident leading teams and managing multiple assignments
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
* A collaborative, positive leader who sets high standards
