As a HPC Supervisor, based at HPC and reporting to the Lead Supervisor, youll ensure safe, reliable, and customer-focused operations across HPC. Using our tracking systems, youll manage drivers, buses, and passenger flow, solving problems quickly and keeping services on time.
We transport thousands of clients to and from the site every day, working 24/7 to ensure that construction remains on schedule. Key Tasks
Promote safety and positive behaviour on-site
Manage daily scheduling, driver allocation, and vehicle issues
Handle customer queries and manage queues
Oversee bus stands and secure gate areas
Record passenger data and shift information accurately
Support SPS values and teamwork across all operations
Ensure compliance with company and safety standards
What Youll Need
Essential:
Supervisory experience
Confident with IT
Flexible to work shifts (24/7 operation)
Full driving licence
Desirable
Customer service or complaint-handling experience
Management experience
Knowledge of the transport sector
Training Provided

CSCS/CCNSG
Health & Safety Level 3
Influencer & Team Leader training
Additional Info
All employees must be willing to undergo the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check and obtain a DBS certificate. These checks help ensure the honesty and integrity of individuals working at a Nuclear Licensed Site or with sensitive nuclear information.
