Job Introduction
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and hardworking Special Needs Assistant to join our supportive team.
You will be somebody who will support a child 1-1 and work in collaboration with our SENDCo and SEND Team across the Federation.
We are looking for someone who is:
* Able to enthuse and inspire children
* Able to support, challenge and encourage children to achieve their best
* Able to think creatively and adapt learning for a range of SEND
* Willing to support children's physical and/or medical needs
* Willing to be flexible to an unstructured timetable
* Patient and calm
* Able to work as a team and work individually
* Able to take the initiative in designing activities
* Eager to take a full and active part in all aspects of our federated community
* Naturally positive with a great sense of humour
