Offer description

Are you ready to manage projects that change lives?

At Innovative Trials, we’re not just leading patient recruitment; we’re on a mission to revolutionize the entire patient journey. We're an award-winning, industry-recognized leader known for pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in clinical trials. Our secret? Our people. Every single person at Innovative Trials is a HERO, and their passion is our success.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a master organizer and communications guru to join us as a Translation Study Lead. This isn't just about managing timelines; it's about being the vital link that connects critical clinical trial information to patients and researchers across the globe.

In this mission-critical role, you will be the go-to expert for complex pharmaceutical translation projects. You'll ensure the flawless, timely, and compliant delivery of multilingual content that is essential for the success of global clinical trials. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about making a tangible impact on global health, we want to hear from you.

-----------------------------------

What You'll Achieve:

* Orchestrate & Deliver: You will own the end-to-end management of high-stakes translation and localization projects, from initial client brief to final, high-quality delivery.

* Team Oversight: Leading all internal discussions with the wider team surrounding translation studies and processes improvements

* Command Your Resources: You will lead our network of translation vendors, managing relationships, ensuring pipeline planning, and holding our partners to the highest standards of excellence. You'll analyze project requirements to provide sharp, accurate quotes and timelines.

* Be the Client's Champion: Act as the trusted point of contact and escalation for our pharmaceutical clients, masterfully communicating project updates and ensuring total satisfaction.

* Drive Quality & Innovation: Implement and enforce rigorous quality control processes, fostering a “right-first-time” culture. You’ll stay ahead of the curve, evaluating new technologies and tools e.g. Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) to boost efficiency and accuracy.

* Master the Budget: Take charge of project financials, ensuring forecasting accuracy, managing change orders, and proactively implementing cost-saving measures without ever compromising on quality.

-----------------------------------

What You Bring to the Team (Our Ideal HERO):

* Proven Industry Experience: 3+ years as a Translation or Localization Project Manager, with deep experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or clinical trials industry.

* Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of translation workflows, CAT tools, and familiarity with a TMS (e.g., Trados Studio, memoQ, XTM Cloud) is highly desirable.

* Academic Foundation: A degree (or higher) in a biological science is preferred.

* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

* Strong client engagement, vendor management, and problem-solving skills are a must. You can communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy.

* Detail-Oriented Mindset: You have a hawk-eye for detail and a passion for getting it right the first time.

* Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus!
