If you've honed your skills in building management, labouring, or manufacturing, and have a knack for working with hand tools, this role is your chance to shine. You'll be crafting high-quality products that make a difference, from water treatment tanks to advanced sustainable solutions, all while collaborating with a team that values integrity, accountability, and innovation.
What You Will Do:
* Manufacture Specialty Equipment: Produce water treatment tanks, pump stations, separators, and explore new product assemblies.
* Precision Workmanship: Follow technical drawings for component and finished goods assembly, involving cutting, drilling, laminating, and steel fabrication.
* Maintain Standards: Uphold top-notch cleanliness, safety, and efficiency standards in all operations.
* Team Values: Embody our core principles of Integrity, Accountability, Innovation, Teamwork, and Courage.
What are are looking for:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C or above in Mathematics, and English Language. Significant relevant experience in a Manufacturing role may be considered in lieu of academic qualifications.
* Experience within a fast-moving Manufacturing operating heavy machinery.
* Practical knowledge of assembly techniques consistent with the company product range
* Experience in using hand tools including drills
* Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.
* Ability to accurately measure and document production activities
* Mature attitude to work which encompasses Health & Safety, Quality.
* To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
* Effective Time Management.
* Previous forklift training (desirable)
* Driver's License: A full clean UK driving license.
