We're looking for a driven and dynamic intern to join the UK Sports Institute's Talent Department as we build towards the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic cycle.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a real project from start to finish – shaping the future of sports talent development in the UK.
What You'll Do
* Lead the design and launch of a wider sports internship programme for LA 2028 – you'll create it, test it, and help us bring it to life.
* Create engaging social media content to share the stories of talent pathways, athletes, coaches, and performance staff.
* Work with data and insights to support evidence-based decision making – including simple dashboards or visual reports.
* Collaborate with experts across UKSI and the wider sports network – from Olympic sports to Paralympic talent pathways.
* Bring fresh ideas to our work – from how we communicate, to how we engage with new and emerging talent including the research of Artificial intelligence and how it can shape and enhance the way we do things

* A genuine passion for sport and performance.
* Confidence using social media creatively (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Canva, etc)
* A curious mind with the ability to interpret and visualise data.
* Strong communication skills – written, visual and verbal.
* A self-starter mindset – someone who's excited to shape and deliver their own project.
* A willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to a high-performance team.
