Role Overview
As a Sales Coordinator based in Colchester, your responsibilities will include:
* Being the first point of contact for customers via phone and at the trading counter, delivering exceptional service
* Supporting the team with customer quotes and general administration
* Following up with customers on project progress and support needs
* Occasionally assisting in the warehouse
This is a full-time, permanent role, working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Candidate Requirements
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Willingness to assist in all branch areas, including the warehouse
* Customer service experience is desirable but not essential
