MJ Health Ltd | Permanent, Full-time | Hybrid (Torquay/Exeter + WFH)
MJ Health is growing our Dental division and we are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us. Prior recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential, as you'll receive full training, tools, and ongoing support.
We operate three divisions: Healthcare, Veterinary, and Dental (Permanent and Locum Dentists across the UK). Our Dental desk is new but busy, with a large client base. You'll step into live vacancies, access our database and client network, and start earning commission from day one.
What you'll do
* Thrive in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
* Build and manage relationships with dental practices and dentists (perm & locum)
* Source, qualify, and match talent to roles; manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
* Negotiate offers and close placements
* Typical hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30-17:30 (targets-driven role, so occasional evenings/weekends may be needed)
What you'll bring
* Confident communicator with strong sales and negotiation skills
* Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working to targets
* Recruitment experience helpful but not essential; attitude and drive matter most
